We install Oracle9i without the HowTo... However I want to look at the IBM
version(redBook) on ORA9i and it looks vary good!

There seems to be two problems here. The first one is that ftp.redhat.com
is always very busy. (I just point to the HOWTO on their server.) The
second problem is that the "docs" directory name was changed to "doc"
instead. I'll correct that on my side today. You'll probably have to go
to
a mirror site to get to the actual document.
