Neale, Is 10.20.45.1 VM and 10.20.45.159. linux? And are you using
port 1024 as you snmp port in the esatcp??

I am attempting to get ESATCP on zVM to retrieve SNMP information from a
Linux guest. ESATCP complains that there is no response from the guest. A
TCPDUMP shows the following:
