Delete the "key" members from /etc/ssh, and reboot.
Well, for ssh. You will probably find more. I think you should clone your system earlier in the process, before anything has been running. That will also prevent last logon dates of the wrong system, syslogd files of another system, etc. With SuSE there is a reboot after all packages are installed. If you do the copying at that point then SuSEconfig fiddles with a lot of files to make up for your changed hostname, IP address, etc.
