Lorne:

IFLs (Integrated facility for Linux) and ICFs (integrated coupling
facilities) processors always run at rated speed. So in MIPs (which of
course are meaningless) the IFLs and ICFs on a z800 run around 190 MIPs.

For comparison sake, here are meaningless numbers for all the standard
processors on the z800s:

CPs Model MIPs
1 0E1 40 (comes with an IFL standard)
1 0A1 80
1 0B1 115
1 0C1 140
1 001 190
2 0X2 170
2 0A2 280
2 002 375
3 003 560
4 004 735
