i just get the kernel source tarball, apply the following patches:

linux-2.4.19-s390-1-may2002.tar.gz
linux-2.4.19-s390-2-may2002.tar.gz
linux-2.4.19-s390-3-may2002.tar.gz
linux-2.4.19-s390-kerntypes-may2002.tar.gz
linux-2.4.19-s390-may2002.tar.gz
linux-2.4.19-timer-1-may2002.tar.gz

and build it.
