My first real introduction to cinnamon rolls was in Orlando airport last year. At 6:30am, after fighting rental car dropoffs, check-in chaos, and security checks (both my large bags emptied and searched, and a rent-a-cop snapping on the latex to internally inspect my boots), it was perhaps the most delicious food I had ever tasted.
