Virtual HiperSockets are broken in sles7 beta and in the sles7 GA that ships. You need to apply a kernel fix before they work. To get this fix from SuSE, you will need to have purchased support or have access during your trial period to their support repository. Since the kernel is GPLed, it might be legal for places that have downloaded it to distribute the fixed-kernel RPMs. I think it is, but I'm not sure. Or you could just build a more recent kernel from source and use the standard (non-distro-specific) OCO qeth drivers with it. Adam
