I had those problems in a late 2.3 kernel which I built then could not boot (Read the docs? Why?). I decided then I'd wait for RH to implement it. I suspect there could be problems in lotsa places, and there are plenty of less damaging things to do. When RH does it, there will be lots of others helping break it, and, in a manner of speaking, we'd be supported. -- Cheers John.
