Yes, you can, although without support, it's going to be on a
as-available basis. I've modified the docs to incude language to that
effect.

Fixed in 3.01 release. You lucky folks with support contracts will be
receiving new CDs shortly.
Patches for DEBINST and updated documentation for r3.0 are available for
those of you with support.
