Hello

I know, i did download the Enterpreis Server Edition
for Linux.
I did unpack the TAR File in a local setup directory
and and run db2setup form the console.

Than I receive "Platform specific Installer not found"

The rpm files in the ...linux/db2/ path
are called IBM.....i386.rpm

looks like intel

if i try to run db2_install in this path I get the message
"cannot execute binary file" eg. db2langdir and disp_msg

Any idea
