Let's see... SCO is  suing IBM over an IP infringement. Something they
appear to be eager to have brought to trial.  Then they try to force a
settlement with IBM because they don't want it to go to trial (hmm, I think
our case is actually smoke being blown up IBM's Backside) but IBM does not
settle, because THEY want it to go to trial, so SCO terminates IBM's
rights, because IBM wouldn't roll over and pony  up money.

Yeah. Strong case.
