I've noticed an acceleration of information about Linux on zSeries being available in the last 6 months to a year. Its taken off beyond just us OS folks, now. (This is not a marketing pitch - I assume we're all Linux OS hands on a zSeries; you're already have Linux or are interested in getting it on the mainframe, and you or your users are looking for information to make it happen).
You might want to peruse some of these links .... An interesting IBM redbook (also, search on Linux on this site). http://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/Redbooks.nsf/RedbookAbstracts/sg247000.html?Open IBM's ePortal for Linux http://www-1.ibm.com/linux/ IBM eServer page for Linux http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/os/linux/ IBM eServerIntegrated Platform for e-business on zSeries http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/os/linux/integrated/index.html ISV products on Linux zSeries http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/solutions/s390da/linuxproduct.html In general, search on Linux at http://www.ibm.com/us/ (I got 312,726 hits !)
