Quite so.

Personally, I regard both the imposition of the text on my bandwidth and the 
implication that
some company the other side of the world that I have nothing to do with can impose 
conditions
on me as immensely arrogant.

They're also - on a Open Source mailing list - contrary to the spirit of the list.  
IMO people
who have no way to escape their company's imposition of them should either change 
companies or
post from a private account.
