On http://updates.redhat.com you should find package updates for 7.2.
Amongst other things you will find kernel-2.4.9-38 and kernel-oco-2.4.9-38
(funny, I didn't know there was a kernel-oco RPM package before -38...).
You will also need the corresponding s390utils and modutils packages
(possibly others also). I'd suggest finding a friendly local/nearby
mirror, pulling the appropriate directory, and applying all the relevant
update packages.

Standard warning: be careful when you update the kernel. It is usual
practice on Red Hat to do "rpm -i" for kernel and associated packages,
rather than -F or -U, so that you can back out your change if it doesn't
work (-F or -U would replace your current installed kernel).

As for network problems, check the IBM DeveloperWorks pages for changes
and bug fixes that have been applied to the OCO modules contained in the
-38 package.

Cheers,
Vic
