It took me a lot longer to get around to this than I thought, but they're now available. I've put gzipped copies of each month of the Linux-390 archives on the linuxvm.org web site. Anyone who wants to download them and do local searches on their desktop can now do so. You'll need something that can uncompress them, such as Cygwin's gzip command, Winzip, etc.
