All, Per Rick's request, I am providing a "mirror" copy of his cmsfs package on linuxvm.org. It is available at http://linuxvm.org/Patches/

Nice work! CMS FS 1.1.8 supports loopback mount. This means that you can have an image of an EXT2 filesystem on a CMS minidisk and mount it with "-o loop". Very exciting. As always, no warranty stated or implied, it's GPL. Those interested, please find the latest TARball at ftp://ftp.bmc.com/pub/cmsfs/cmsfs-1.1.8.tar.gz The utility built reasonably well on six platforms: Linux-i386 Linux-s390 Linux-s390x (64-bit) AIX-powerpc SunOS-sparc (that is Solaris) z/VM 4.3 (CMS 19, that is OpenVM) These are each represented by their own TARball. The old 2.2 driver built on Linux-i386 and Linux-s390 but I DID NOT TEST IT and it does not have the loopback support. The 2.4 driver built on Linux-s390, and I tested it. No luck with the driver on Linux-s390x (64-bit). -- R;
