So Jeff Hunsaker sold 5000 of almost 35000. Thomas Raimondi acquired the right to buy 10,000 shares at 6.13. Steven Cakebread acquired the right to buy 10,000 shares at 4.75. For these options to be useful, they have to be exercisable in the period specified. 4.75 might be extraordinarily expensive by the middle of next year. Steven only gets a reward from this if he could sell them for more than they cost him, taking into account any tax implications.
