Hello from Gregg C Levine Why not? SCO has its backs to the wall over the fact that they were losing big over buying Caldera, and even before this, Caldera was losing big to all of the other distributions. Microsoft's problem is obvious. Freely available operating systems will hurt what they think is their market. Maybe Mr. Bill was insulted by a penguin the last time his entourage visited a zoo? Who knows.
I don't think anyone on this list, will consider you to be one of the Old Guard, Rod, but at least you suggested it. Now the question is, which IBMer actually said this? ------------------- Gregg C Levine [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------------ "The Force will be with you...Always."
