Andreas, Don't blame me, that's what was in the article. But, I have to say that when I have been talking with Jens Sandmann and others from SuSE, they pronounce it the way the article describes. Perhaps regional German accents explain the difference? (I ran into that in Germany in 1989 when I was asking for receipts in both the northern and southern parts of Germany. Rechnung gets pronounced quite a bit differently in the two areas.)
