The cpint device driver includes a "device" which creates VM accounting records. You can take the bsd accounting records that Linux can generate (or any other means) and use the driver to write them out for VM to consolidate and centrally report upon.
See the HOW-TO in cpint-1.1.5 that's on linuxvm.org. I've just made the changes to get it running on the 2.6 kernel.
