Cool, I didn't realize OSAs were similar enough to Really Old Technology
that this would work.

Does SLES 8 support non-OSA Ethernet adapters, such as in 3172s or BusTech ELC boxes? Looking at the menu of options when bringing up our first SLES 8 image, I don't see a choice that quite looks like "3172 Ethernet or similar."

I'm having some luck with vCTCAs, but we may get to a point where it'd
politically expedient to use a spare BusTech NIC instead of the vCTCA
adapter.
