Fabrice,
Probably the wrong forum, since the question is not about Linux. However, I
had a similar situation. On z/OS UNIX, when you run a UNIX program via
BPXBATCH, the system does a fork() to start the actual UNIX program. This
means that the program is actually running in a different address space.
Because the job name is 8 characters, you should see another address space
with the name PG0US0A5 running. It likely will show up as an STC, not a
batch job. Your actual batch job is the "parent" of this "child" (in UNIX
terms) and has done a "wait" for the "child" to finish. That's why it is
"doing nothing". In SDSF, try doing the commands:

PREFIX PG0US0A5
DA

To look at the "child" in the DA display.

Your other question about HFS sharing definately needs to be asked on
IBM-MAIN. I don't know anything about that, so I can't answer it.
