Download the corresponding OCO module from developerWorks. Untar it somewhere into the /lib/modules/2.4.19/ hierarchy. Issue a "depmod -a" command. Update /etc/modules.conf to add an alias. Update /etc/chandev.conf to provide device numbers, portname, etc.
