We have quite a lot of code that wasn't accepted by Marcello in the past. For example the lcs driver, the zfcp, the crypto driver and other quite important stuff - important for zSeries. The reasons are sketchy at best. The lcs driver is probably considered to ugly, the zfcp driver to big, etc. The last big chunk that got integrated went in over Alan Cox. The patches I sent to Marcello are ignored most of the time.
