I never trust answers like that. They mean something like, "I've created it following my interpretation of the information from http://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/Redbooks.nsf/RedbookAbstracts/tips0128.html?Open." Sometimes that interpretation is wrong and is the source of the problem. Sometimes the information itself is wrong and you don't stand a chance.
