Simply do 'mkreiserfs' on the new dasd instead of 'mke2fs'.
If you have some free space left on /usr, you may also be able
to improve the situation by moving /opt to /usr/opt and using
a symbolic link to point there:
mv /opt/ /usr
ln -s /usr/opt /opt
You should first run 'du /*/ -sk | sort -n' to see where your
problem really is.
