invalid ICMP type 11 record

Someone kindly responded to my  first question on what might be causing the invalid 
ICMP type 11 records. He suggested that it may be a bad netmask.   I have checked and 
rechecked my /etc/sysconfig/network and /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 
files and cannot find a problem. 
Any other suggestions, please?  RHAS3.0 on zSeries  under z/VM 4.4
