(*works for me, have'nt seen a single problem with it*) The second half I do 100% agree with you, one closely needs to figure out how to use it and for what data it is wise to use it per usage-case. In general it seems best to share executeable files and libraries that are frequently used by a large amount of Linux images, and it is counterproductive to share things that are not frequently used.
