Umm, no, I would not expect those to work, necessarily.

Try upgrading your version of RPM first, and see if that helps.  No
guarantees, of course, but it's worth a shot.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone agreed to provide you with paid support
for FC-1 on S/390?
