False assertions and unsubstantiated allegations.

1)  Why do you say "the courts are not that smart"?  What is your basis for
this?  I agree that we have an overly litiganous society and perhaps the
U.S. judicial system is partly to blame, but I would put more of the blame
on a greedy society that sees litigation as a way to achieve unearned
wealth.  SCO included

2)  Why do you think that will be the end of Linux?  It's a big world out
there.  So IBM loses a contract suit.  Big deal.  The source is already out
there.  You can't "undisclose" it.  Even if Linux development is halted in
the U.S. (unlikely), there is still Europe, Asia, etc.

3)  What does liberal have to do with contract law?  And do you know that
the judges in the SCO v IBM case are liberal?  Also, afaik, no judge has
been assigned to SCO v AutoZone or SCO v DaimerChrysler.

4)  Who is paying for which judge's vacation?  A vague accusatory comment
without substance.
