That might be true for companies you don't now, or aren't sure of. In this case, I would be confident in asking them to remove you from their mailing. UTS Global has been a positive contributor to both this community and this mailing list for some time. They hardly fall into the class of (for lack of a better word) people who promulgate most of the spam I see.
