The problem was located in mainframe gateway (I was using a MAN from Bustech) since it was filtering ip address that TCP/IP in VM was able to respond. I checked box and found only TCP/IP VM allowed. After I added Linux ip address all runs ok till today. Verify if you gateway isn4t doing some kind of filtering. Alan Altmark (IBM Lab) give me a great help with this, since we did a lot of traces to discover what4s going on. Your configuration also seems to be using a CTC to communicate with Linux. You should add PROXYARP to your ASSORTEDPARMS section. You may also want to consider implementing the Guest LAN feature.
