Thank you, Martin.
I've got the following:
Detected device 0750 on subchannel 0186 - PIM = F0, PAM = F0, POM = FF
(for Shark)
Detected device 080B on subchannel 0241 - PIM = C0, PAM = C0, POM = FF
(for Tetragon)
Detected device 080C on subchannel 0242 - PIM = C0, PAM = C0, POM = FF
(for Tetragon)
....
SenseID : device 0750 reports: CU Type/Mod = 3990/EC, Dev Type/Mod =
3390/0A (for Shark)
SenseID : device 080b reports: CU Type/Mod = 3990/E9, Dev Type/Mod =
3390/0A (for Tetragon)
SenseID : device 080c reports: CU Type/Mod = 3990/E9, Dev Type/Mod =
3390/0A (for Tetragon)
...
And then only first device:
dasd(eckd): 0.0.0750: 3390/0A(CU:3990/04) Cyl:3339 Head:15 Sec:224
Using anticipatory io scheduler
dasd(eckd): 0.0.0750: (4kB blks): 2404080kB at 48kB/trk compatible disk
layout
dasda:VOL1/ 0X0750: dasda1 dasda2
qeth: loading qeth S/390 OSA-Express driver ($Revision: 1.77.2.4
$/$Revision: 1.
I've looked at the dasd_eckd_ids, but, unfortunately, i didn't understand what should
i correct.
Could you, please, help me?

Could you ipl with the cio_msg=yes parameter and tell me what the
"SenseID" line for the device looks like. I have the feeling that
there is a cu type/device type pair missing in the list of devices
(see drivers/s390/block/dasd_eckd.c:dasd_eckd_ids[]).
