For what it's worth Weblogic (6.5) stopped working with SP3 as well. We reported it
to BEA back in February and still keep getting back the 'not certified' response.
Weblogc 6.5 support stops at 2.4.19 kernel. I still haven't gotten an answer for
7.0 and 8.1. SP3 has the new security certfication (EAL 3+). I was wondering if this
had anything to do with it.
If anyone is running Weblogic with SLES8 SP3 successfully please let me know. I
ended up putting up 2 servers with Tomcat. It runs fine under SP3. For another app I
was ready to give up on Weblogic and look at Websphere. So if you get a solution to
the Webshere issue I'm interested.
