Some colleagues of mine wrote some stuff up on TCPIP stacks as they pertain
to VSWITCH.  I reformatted it still being a recovering redbook team leader
:)) I distilled it to a PDF real quick and will take the liberty to assume
they don't mind me forwarding it on.
Here it is:

Please don't forward this - it may find it's way into a redpaper later this
