morning,

I'm updating the patchset for the Gentoo Kernel.  I believe its a kernel
issue.  If its not resolved by these patches I'm going to email IBM
directly about it.  I've got a shell script that I ran from rc.local
that I'll dig up sometime tonight.  It was the only way that I could
bring OSAs online during the 2.6 test kernels.  The patchset should hit
the mirrors by tomorrow morning.

I have a flavor of S/390 Linux called TAO up and running.  I used this as the driving 
system.  TAO is derived from RH 3.  You can check out the 390 port at 
www.taolinux.org.  TAO has been very stable.
