Ok, tried yum -y update
and yes I did copy to GPG key from the web site into a file called RPM-GPG-KEY and rpm --import RPM-GPG-KEY Also, tried rpm --import /usr/share/doc/tao-release-*/RPM-GPG-KEY-tao
