At least in the US, the 3745 family has been withdrawn from marketing, so I'd say it's probably a good idea to start looking for alternatives if you need SNA FEP-based routing offload. Cisco still makes channel-attached routers, which are good alternates.
CS for Linux is (as far as I can tell) more helpful as a porting aid to get specific apps that depend on APPC and LU6.2 ported to Linux quickly.
