You have an AP unit hardware failure.  I'm asking around it to see what
the possible causes of this error might be, but with the holiday coming up
the info will be slow in coming.  We're already pretty sure it isn't VM
simulating a failure.

If you want, since Linux is reporting a "hardware error" and we don't
publish what all those codes mean, you should feel free to open a hardware
PMR.  Let the IBM support structure work for you.
