Our Linux LPAR is coming up with the local time. However we need it to be adjusted by -1 hour (for our HQ time). I am not sure how we can do this at boot-up time. Perhaps there is a way to set the hardware clock from the console, but I did not see it on HMC. There is a script called /etc/init.d/boot.clock that seems to adjust the hardware clock but the program it refers to (/sbin/hwclock) does not even exist!
Can someone enlighten me please? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For LINUX-390 subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: INFO LINUX-390 or visit http://www.marist.edu/htbin/wlvindex?LINUX-390
