I am trying to use in LOADPARM the parameter SYSG (SYSG will use the
3270 console intregated in HMC). Sometimes I can find it, other times I
can4t. I don4t know what is happening.

The last four digits of the disabled PSW are a CP error number, 1010 in
this case. Look in the CP Messages manual, or try "HELP HCP1010W".
In this case, it looks like CP can't find your console. Did you specify
a LOADPARM that gives the console address? If you're running second
level, is the virtual console in 3270 mode (not 3215)?
Feel free to join [EMAIL PROTECTED]; it's probably better for
VM-centric issues.
