What caching options, if any (FRCA is not supported, I have discovered) exist for this HTTPD? We just upgraded from the 1.3.28 version of the IBM HTTP server to the 2.0, and started serving static content for WebSphere applications using the IHS 2.0 and this seems to have improved performance a bit, but we're interested in caching some stuff too.
