Does anyone have a remedy for a ksoftirqd process that consumes so much
CPU that it crashes the guest?  I found a post in the archives, from
November 2002, that looked promising, but I verified we're using the
latest qeth driver.

Some troubleshooting guide mentioned using /proc/interrupts to find the
device which keeps requesting interrupts, but the s/390 kernel does not
provide this 'file'.
