You can't really disable the caching although you can increase the
rate pages are returned providing the hypervisor layer has the right
bits (which Im pretty sure S/390 does). It's not configuration knob
level stuff unfortunately and you'd want to have some rather than
zero pages of spare memory floating around I suspect.
