It's expected to work quite fine. In case you use block device with more
than 4G sectors (2 Terabyte overall per logical volume) in  LVM you will
either need large block device support kernel option enabled (this one
is enabled on sles and rhel out of the box), or you need 64 bit kernel.

In case you still run into a problem, please let me know.

Has anyone created an LVM from multiple mod 27's (32,720 cylinders) ?



If so, is there anything I have to watch out for ?
