Well, there's no YaST, but you can use LVM, certainly.  So depending on
*how* you set up LVM under SuSE, the answer is "maybe."  EVMS is also
available, as is plain old Software RAID...take your pick.  Do a little
Googling to find out what features each one has and what will work best
for you.  I've used the "md" device driver more than anything else,
myself.

You'll need to "apt-get install lvm10" and "apt-get install lvm-common"
to get the LVM stuff onto your image.
