I'm getting the following when attempting to use kde.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~# cat .xsession-errors
stderr is not a tty - where are you?
startkde: Starting up...
kreadconfig: /usr/lib/./libgcc_s.so.1: version `GCC_3.3' not found (required
by /usr/lib/./libstdc++.so.5)
ksplash: /usr/lib/./libgcc_s.so.1: version `GCC_3.3' not found (required by
/usr/lib/./libstdc++.so.5)
kdeinit: /usr/lib/./libgcc_s.so.1: version `GCC_3.3' not found (required by
/usr/lib/./libstdc++.so.5)
startkde: Could not start kdeinit. Check your installation.

I've seen this message before when using gnome and trying to start the
mozilla web browser.
