This is truly a production shop, so yes, there are backups. Thanks for the re-hosting offer - but it is not necessary, using a secure communication system is - covad got our router back up, but didn't let us know what the problem was. I'm thinking the router was hacked, but have no proof or even know if that is possible. Or we just need a different ISP...
