I've still got some of those that really _are_ green, as well as goldenrod and the later booklets. I also have access to POP and any other IBM manuals that might be necessary. I just needed something that tells me what translates to what.
Also, just so you know, the 4 and 6-digit exception codes aren't specific to Slack/390. I found a number of them in the list archives when I was searching to see of this question had been answered before. Some dating back 2 and 3 years or more.
