Sorry, if I'm a bit off-topic.

I don't know how works DST change in Linux.

I set the date to 31/10/2004 02:59. So I'm in EEST time zone.
At 3:00 nothing happened, date says: 3:00:01 EEST ..etc..

When I set the date to 31/10/2004 03:00, then  it's EET!!

I don't know how to set back the local time automatically.

I don't want to set the time manually (or with network tools): Linux can
keep the right time, and so LPAR-s times are the same.
